PURPOSE: An anionic drug delivery system containing cationic lipid and a method for preparing the same are provided to enhance anionic drug stability in the body and improve treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A drug delivery system for delivering anionic drugs contains a cationic lipid of chemical formula 1. The anionic drug is an antisense oligonucleotide, aptamer, or siRNA. A method for preparing the drug delivery system comprises a step of reacting oligoalkylene amine of chemical formula 2 with acryl halide of fatty acid of chemical formula 3 and acyl halide of fatty acid of chemical formula 4. A pharmaceutical composition contains the anionic drug and cationic lipid of chemical formula 1. The composition is prepared in the form of a liposome, micelle, emulsion, or nanoparticle. A pharmaceutical composition with a micelle formulation contains the anionic drug, cationic lipid, and amphiphilic block copolymers.
