PURPOSE: A transfer device for a work for expanding a heat exchange tube and a device for expanding a heat exchange tube therewith are provided to reduce the transfer degree of a tube clamp by installing a transfer degree correction device on a clamping device. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device for a work for expanding a heat exchange tube comprises a clamping device(40), a longitudinally transferring device(60), and a transfer degree correction device(50). The clamping device clamps a heat exchange tube to expand the diameter of the heat exchange tube. The longitudinally transferring device moves the clamping device in a longitudinal direction. The transfer degree correction device is installed between the clamping device and the longitudinally transferring device and corrects the transfer degree of the clamping device.
