ORGANIC GERMANIUM NANO STRUCTURE AND REPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic germanium nanostrucutre and a method for preparing the same are provided to have physical and chemical properties of platinum and organic germanium material without risk. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an organic germanium nanostructure comprises: a step of forming a complex using H_2PtCl_6 ion and bis-carboxyether-germanium sesquioxide of chemical formula 1 in a solvent; and a step of introducing a reducing agent to prepare bis-carboxyethyl-germanium sesquioxide compound-conjugated organic germanium nanostructure. The weight ratio of H_2PtCl_6 ion and bis-carboxyether-germanium sesquioxide is 1:0.2-0.6. The diameter of the nanostructure is 500 nm-4um.
