PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating device is provided to prevent a level variation of an internal voltage due to an external voltage by compensating a level rise of the external voltage when the internal voltage is divided. CONSTITUTION: A voltage dividing unit(101) includes a first resistor and a second resistor which are serially connected between an internal voltage and a ground voltage and divides the internal voltage. A divided voltage is higher than a reference voltage. A voltage comparing unit(102) generates a comparison result signal by comparing the reference voltage with the divided voltage. A driving unit(103) drives the internal voltage in response to the comparison result signal.
