PURPOSE: A hydraulic and pneumatic damper is provided to restrict rapid increase of damping force following the inner pressure increase of a damping device in fall condition out of normal landing speed range. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic and pneumatic damper(100) comprises a basic buffer unit and an additional buffer unit. The basic buffer unit opens a basic orifice(101) according to the external pressure of a first pressure condition. The additional buffer unit opens an additional orifice(102) according to the external pressure of a second pressure condition. The basic buffer unit comprises a basic spring and a basic slide(106). The basic spring is formed to cover some portion of a damper body and has a first elastic coefficient according to the first pressure condition. The basic slide moves in the range according to the compressed distance of the basic spring.
