PURPOSE: A vehicle steering device controlled by foot is provided to control the steering of a vehicle by foot or a steering remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle steering device controlled by foot comprises a steering shaft rotation driving unit(10), a handle control pedal(20), and a controller. The steering shaft rotation driving unit is installed in a steering shaft(3) and controls the rotation direction of the steering shaft. The handle control pedal inputs steering angle by foot and rotated into various directions. The controller controls the steering shaft rotation driving unit according to operation signals input by handle control pedal.
