An external fixation device for transosseous osteosynthesis in dogs and cats with universal connecting block contains transosseous orthopedic spokes and rods. To connect the spokes and rods it has a universal connector block in the form of cylindrical sleeves with cut edges, arranged in parallel, in which a cylindrical part and sleeves are made perpendicular to the axis of the hub through holes for the rods and spokes, separated by the length of the sleeve.
