PURPOSE: A polymeric beads composition is provided to obtain beads with average particle size exceeding 30 μm by suspension polymerization. CONSTITUTION: A polymeric beads composition comprises at least 20-99.9 weight% of phosphorous-containing acid monomer. The average particle size of the polymer beads composition is 30-1000 μm. The polymer beads composition additionally comprises a free radical initiator, and a suspending agent. A manufacturing method of polymeric beads comprises: a step of forming a suspended material comprising at least one phosphorous-containing acid monomer, an aqueous medium, a free radical initiator, and a suspending agent; a step of forming monomers by forming water-insoluble polymeric beads. The suspended material additionally comprises 0-30 weight% of a crosslinked monomer. |
