CIGS SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF THE MANUFACTURING OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A CIGS(CuInSe2) solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using an organic substrate or a paper substrate instead of an overhead semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(1) is composed of paper or organic compounds. The paper includes thermal resistance material. A back side electrode(2) is formed on the substrate. The back side electrode includes conductive organic compounds. A CIGS layer(3) is formed on the back side electrode as a light adsorption layer. The CIGS layer is formed by mixing CIGS power in a solvent and forming the mixture into gel state. The layer is formed by using a screen printing method or an ink jet method. A buffer layer(4) is formed on the CIGS layer. A window layer(5) is formed on the buffer layer.
