WIRE FEEDING DEVICE FOR A WELDING ROBOT

PURPOSE: A wire feeding device of a welding robot is provided to enable a worker to complete the replacement work of a wire on the ground of a workplace. CONSTITUTION: A wire feeding device of a welding robot comprises a feeding roller, a press roller, and an inlet nozzle(100). A welding wire(2) is inserted into a groove on the outer surface of the feeding roller. The press roller presses the surface of the inserted welding wire and transfers the pressed welding wire with the feeding roller. The inlet nozzle has a conical lead-in guide hole(104) and a wire passing hole(102). The inlet of the conical lead-in guide hole has a bigger diameter than the outlet of the guide hole. The front end of the welding wire is slid into the center of the conical lead-in guide hole. The wire passing hole guides the welding wire to the groove between the feeding roller and the press roller.
