PURPOSE: A curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided to provide product having high reflectivity, high transmittance, little viscosity, and good heat resistance, thereby being suitable as an optical material like a packing material of an electroluminescent diode. CONSTITUTION: A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: organopolysiloxane comprising an at least two silicones-combined alkenyl group, and a unit structure in chemical formula 1: (R^1_2SiO_2/2)_a(R^2_3SiO_1/2)_b(R^3SiO_3/2)_c(SiO_4/2)_d(CH_2CH_2)_e; a side chain organopolysiloxane comprising at least one silicone-combined alkenyl group, and a siloxane unit structure in chemical formula: R^4SiO_3/2; an organopolysiloxane comprising a unit structure in chemical formula 2: (R^5_2SiO_2/2)_f(R^6_3SiO_1/2)_g(R^7SiO_3/2)_h(SiO_4/2)_i(CH_2CH_2)_j , which becomes to be capped to H; and a catalyst.
