AN MOBILE ON-THE-SPOT ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A mobile place administration system is provided to enable a task officer to receive an answer for directions and reports by directing a place worker to report administrative tasks related to a place in real time. CONSTITUTION: Place workers execute tasks in a place with a mobile terminal(10). Each task officer has an office terminal(50). A main server(30) manages and storages information transmitted and received information between the office terminal and the mobile terminal. A pledge confirmation unit(130) of the mobile terminals confirms and examines pledges directly related to the work place. A pledge history database provides, manages, and stores processing rates according to each pledges.
