PURPOSE: A sense amplifier enable signal control circuit is provided to control tRCD or tRP by using a test mode signal and a control signal inputted from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(1) receives a control signal inputted from the outside and generates an inner control signal by buffering a control signal in response to a test signal. A selection output unit(2) selectively outputs an inner control signal or sensing initial signal in response to a test signal. A first buffer unit outputs a sensing start signal. A second buffer unit outputs the inner control signal. A reverse output unit reverses the output signals of the first buffer unit and the second buffer unit.
