PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to reduce power consumption by including a stopper core for detaching a stopper magnet through an application of an external current. CONSTITUTION: A rotor core(122) is formed on the upper part of a stator core(112) with the predetermined gap. A permanent magnet(121) is mounted on the bottom surface of the rotor core. A stopper magnet(123) is mounted on the upper surface of the rotor core. A stopper core(141) is formed on the upper part of the stopper magnet. An elastic pressurizing member pressurizes the stopper core to the upper surface of the rotor core. |
