METHOD FOR FORMING OGRANIC THIN LAYERS ON NANOSTRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method for forming an organic thin film is provided to improve efficiency of an organic solar cell by uniformly forming the organic thin film on the surface of a zinc oxide nanostructure body. CONSTITUTION: An oxide nanostructure is formed on a substrate(S100). The substrate in which the oxide nanostructure is formed is arranged within a cell for supercritical formation(S200). An organic solution consisting of an organic compound and a solvent is provided to the inner side of the cell for the supercritical formation(S300). Temperature and pressure within the cell for the supercritical formation are controlled(S400). A carbon dioxide is provided within the cell for the supercritical formation(S500). A supercritical state is maintained in order to coat the organic compound with the oxide nanostructure(S600). A supercritical carbon dioxide and an organic compound solvent are eliminated(S700).
