PURPOSE: An apparatus for stably generating 1 pulse per second synchronizing signal by using IRIG-b signal of GPS is provided to solve a problem that 1PPS does not exit by generating 1PPS signal using a IRIG-B signal. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for stably generating 1 pulse per second synchronizing signal by using IRIG-b signal of GPS, a filter unit(201) receives an IRIG-B signal from a satellite and filters it, and then it extract a time synchronization signal of a predetermined frequency. A 1PPS generating unit(202) analyzes the received time synchronization data and generates a pulse in the each specific area of the time synchronization data, and it generates synchronization and supplies a 1PPS synchronization signal to a time synchronization facility. |
