PURPOSE: A baffle plate for preventing damage to a bare tube in a waste heat recovery boiler is provided to rapidly and simply assemble a plurality of baffles because surfaces are connected so that working time is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A baffle plate for preventing damage to a bare tube in a waste heat recovery boiler comprises a vertical plate(10), horizontal plates(20,21), and a plurality of semicircle tube bodies. The vertical plate having a plurality of semicircle grooves in both end parts is composed of a thing and long metallic material. The horizontal plate is attached in the both end parts of the vertical plate in a horizontal direction. The vertical and horizontal plates are formed into a body. The plurality of semicircle tube bodies is perpendicularly arranged in the horizontal to fix bare tubes by separating one by one and formed in a longitudinal direction of the bare tubes lengthways. An H-shape baffle plate in which a clamp range is expanded is formed. |
