PURPOSE: A system for providing a paramedic service and method thereof are provided to secure the validity of a paramedic service by transmitting a doctor request and the information of a medical examinee to the terminal of a medical examiner. CONSTITUTION: A central server(110) receives a medical examination request message including medical examinee information. The central server searches a local server(120) which charges an area related to a medical examinee. The central server transmits the medical examination request message to the searched local server. The local server receives the medical examination request message. The local server determines a doctor who supervises the medical examinee and a medical examiner. The local server receives a doctor request from a doctor terminal(140).
