JEAN FOR FABRICS DYEING METHOD USE NATURAL INDIGO POWDER

PURPOSE: A method for dyeing a fabric(denim or lycra) for jeans using natural indigo powder is provided to differently express colors and functionality of the fabric from a fabric using synthetic indigo. CONSTITUTION: A method for dyeing a fabric for jeans using natural indigo powder comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing natural indigo; a step of mixing 1-20g of the natural powder, 5-10g of hydrosulfide, and 2-5g of sodium hydroxide in 1L of water and reducing at 40-60 Deg.C for 20-40 minutes; a step of putting the fabric for the jeans into the dyeing solution and dyeing for 20-40 minutes; a step of oxidizing the fabric in the air for 15-30 minutes; a step of washing the fabric at room temperature; a step of neutralizing the fabric using an acetic acid solution for 5-20 minutes; and a step of washing the dehydrating the fabric.
