PURPOSE: A mobile payment method using a bar code and a system thereof are provided to reduce time required for a purchase of a product in offline by paying for the product through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100a) of a member store(franchise) extracts product information or/and base payment information inputted to a bar code by scanning the bar code. A selected payment method information is inputted to the mobile terminal. Payment information is generated. The payment information connects to a payment relay server or is transmitted to a payment server(400a) without the payment relay server. The mobile terminal receives a payment confirmation code from the payment relay server or the payment server.
