PURPOSE: An apparatus of processing solar light and a method thereof are provided to reduce energy loss and conduction loss between components by sensing an output voltage of a PV(Photo Voltaic) module and increasing photovoltaic processing efficiency based on a sensing result. CONSTITUTION: A PV module(10) changes collected solar light into a DC power source. A convertor part(32) outputs by boosting the changed DC power source. An inverter part(34) inverts the DC power source into an AC power source. A control part controls the convertor part to be bypassed if the changed DC power source is larger than a preset value. A switch part switches off a switch according to the control of the control part.
