PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to maximize electron collection performance by reducing a resistance and improving transmittance through a transparent electrode film with a mesh shape. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A photoelectric conversion unit(30) is formed on the rear electrode and includes a light absorbing layer, a buffer layer, and a high resistive buffer layer. A transparent electrode(40) is formed on the photoelectric conversion unit. A grid electrode(50) with a mesh shape is formed on the transparent electrode. |
