摘要 PURPOSE: High voltage relay logic of an electric car is provided to improve durability by using an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) as a relay between an inverter and a high voltage battery. CONSTITUTION: A field effect transistor is turned on or off by the control of a battery management system. An input terminal of a voltage follower(VF) receives a voltage which is different according to driving state of the field effect transistor and outputs the voltage to an output terminal of the voltage follower. A buffer(B) outputs a voltage applied to a power terminal by the control of a gate driver to an output terminal of the buffer. A gate electrode is electrically connected with the output voltage of the buffer. A current value flowing in an IGBT is varied according to the output voltage of the buffer applied to the gate electrode.
