PURPOSE: An array panel for an in plane switching mode liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing substrate thereof are provided to simultaneously form capacitors between a common electrode connecting wire and a drain electrode as well as the drain electrode and a common wire respectively. CONSTITUTION: A common wire(103b) is parallel with a gate wire on a substrate(101). A plurality of pixel electrodes(123a) are arranged on a passivation film(119). The pixel electrodes are electrically connected to a drain electrode(113c). A plurality of common electrodes are separated from the pixel electrodes on the passivation film. A common electrode connection wire(123d) is connected to the common electrodes and the common wire. The common electrode connection wire is overlapped with the common wire and the drain electrode. |
