摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus detecting and displaying vasospasm and quantitatively evaluating risk. <P>SOLUTION: The medical image processing apparatus of an embodiment includes: an image acquiring unit for acquiring a three-dimensional medical image; a vascular region extracting unit for extracting a vascular region on the basis of the three-dimensional medical image acquired by the image acquiring unit; a vascular morphology image generating unit for generating the vascular morphology image of the vascular region extracted by the vascular region extracting unit; a perfusion analyzing unit for analyzing a perfusion value being the amount of a blood flow in a tissue surrounding the vascular region by analyzing perfusion using the medical image acquired by the image acquiring unit; a perfusion image generating unit for generating an image representing the perfusion value analyzed by the perfusion analyzing unit; an image compositing unit for generating a composite vascular morphology and perfusion image which is obtained by compositing the image of the vascular morphology at a site of vasospam, generated by the vascular morphology image generating unit, with the image which represents the perfusion value and is generated by the perfusion image generating unit; and a display unit for displaying the composite vascular morphology and perfusion image composited by the image compositing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
