<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater sailing body guidance system for effectively acoustic-homing an underwater sailing body to a preset target. <P>SOLUTION: One individual sailing body 2 underwater sailing to a target M while being successively guided by two guiding ultrasonic signals S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>having respectively different frequencies and a main sailing body 1 for transmitting the first and second guiding ultrasonic signals S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are prepared. A nondirectional ultrasonic wave having a low frequency is used for one guidance signal S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and an ultrasonic wave having a high frequency is transmitted to the target M as the other guidance signal S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. The one individual sailing body 2 includes: a first underwater sailing execution function for receiving one guidance signal S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and sailing in a direction in which receiving sound pressure is gradually increased; and a second underwater sailing execution function which when the level of receiving sound pressure of the guidance signal S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>reaches a reference value and more, switches the sailing direction of the sailing body to the other guidance signal S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>to be reflection from the target M and executes underwater sailing in the switched direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
