<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch and a contact pattern that can more reliably detect an input related to a pressure between stationary contacts for directional input detection. <P>SOLUTION: The key switch having a plurality of conductive portions positioned distributedly in respective directions from the center of a key top and contact patterns on a printed board opposite the conductive portions includes at least four spaced lands in regions opposite the conductive portions. The four lands include: a first land and a second land spaced by a first gap disposed on a first reference line that extends from a position opposite the key top center to the center of the region opposite the conductive portion; a third land spaced from the first land by a second gap disposed in a position away from the first reference line in one direction; and a fourth land spaced from the second land by a third gap disposed in a position away from the first reference line in the other direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
