The invention relates to a method for producing a component consisting of at least two plastic parts (2, 3). The plastic parts (2, 3) are produced by means of an injection-moulding process in an injection mould (1), which has a tool comprising at least two tool parts (4a, 4b) that can be positioned with respect to one another. For producing the plastic parts (2, 3), the injection-moulding process is used, whereby the tool is closed by moving the tool parts (4a, 4b) together in a tool direction and polymer is injected into at least two cavities that are bounded by the tool parts (4a, 4b) and spaced apart. The plastic parts (2, 3) are subsequently joined to one another in the injection mould (1) by welding. For this purpose, the tool parts (4a, 4b) are moved from a welding position towards one another in a welding direction inclined in relation to the tool direction, so that peripheral regions of the plastic parts (2, 3) that are to be closed are brought into contact. |
