PURPOSE:To make it possible to beautifully apply painting to the specific region of a pipe regardless of the the diameter of the pipe, by concentrically moving a tubular nozzle closed at the leading end part thereof and having a large number of emitting orifices provided to the side peripheral part thereof through a tubular body to be painted in the axial direction to supply a paint under pressure. CONSTITUTION:In painting the inner peripheral surface 6 of a tubular body 5 being an article to be painted, a tubular nozzle 1 is concentrically inserted into the tubular body 5 to be allowed to stand by at a predetermined position. In this state, a paint pressure supply apparatus 4 is started to supply a paint to the tubular nozzle 1 through a paint transfer pipe 3 and the paint is injected from the emitting orifices 2 provided to the side peripheral part of the tubular nozzle 1 while the tubular nozzle 1 is relatively moved to the axial direction with respect to the tubular body 5. By this mechanism, painting is applied to the inner peripheral surface 6 of the tubular body 5 in a state almost limited to the specific region corresponding to the moving distance of each emitting orifice 2 without performing the relative rotary motion of the tubular nozzle 1 and the tubular body 5.
