COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND TRANSMISSION MESSAGE GENERATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of allocating priority to MAC control information and freely controlling what kind of information is to be transmitted.

SOLUTION: The communication terminal which communicates with a base station includes: a priority control part for controlling the priority of control information transmitted to the base station on the basis of the priority of the MAC control information which is the priority individually allocated to two or more pieces of the MAC control information and the priority individually allocated to a plurality of SRBs for transmitting RRC control information; and a transmission message generation part for generating a transmission message in consideration of the priority according to the control.
