<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device for permeability of the ground which has a simple structure, which simplifies measurement work, and which reduces costs. <P>SOLUTION: A permeability testing device includes; an airtight water tank which serves as a device body and is formed of a transparent cylindrical body; a sealable feed-water inlet provided on an upper end side of the airtight water tank; and sealable openings provided on a lower end side of the airtight water tank. The airtight water tank with this structure is directly installed at a predetermined height position in a test hole storing a predetermined amount of water and the openings on the lower end side of the airtight water tank are made operate as a Mariotte siphon-type fixed water-level holding tube and water filling pipe so as to measure permeability based on the decrease in water level in the airtight water tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
