<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter with a relief valve function, which has high capturing performance of capturing even minute foreign matter contained in relieved oil. <P>SOLUTION: A filter element 4 and a relief valve 9 are housed in a sealed container with an oil inflow hole 12 and an oil outflow hole 14. When the pressure loss with the filter element 4 is large, the relief valve 9 opens, and oil which flows in from the oil inflow hole 12 bypasses the filter element 4 and is relieved to the oil outflow hole 14 side. A plate filter 8 is placed just proximally to the relief valve 9 on the upstream side. The plate filter 8 is previously fixed to the leaf spring 6, thereby previously unifying three of the relief valve 9 and the plate filter 8 in addition to the leaf spring 6 as an intermediate assembly with the leaf spring 6 as a mother material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
