PURPOSE: An advertising balloon-type robot device capable of controlling joints is provided to control joints by contracting or relaxing the joints by using joint control strings controlled by a motor. CONSTITUTION: An advertising balloon-type robot device(100) capable of controlling joints comprises a balloon(110), one or more joint units(200), and a joint control unit(300). The balloon is filled with gas and floats in the air. Fixing strings(120) are connected to the bottom of the balloon to be fixed on the ground. The joint units are formed into groove form having a reduced section. The joint control unit is connected to the joint units by joint control strings(310). A motor of the joint control unit is mounted in the lower portion of the joint control strings. The joint control unit moves the balloon according to the rotation direction of the motor.
