REMOVAL EFFICIENCY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal efficiency measurement system capable of measuring removal efficiency which is high in reliability or credibility of a gas removal air filter by directly using an object gas.

SOLUTION: A removal efficiency measurement system 10A utilizes a test gas 23 that is the same as an object gas, a tracer gas 29 that passes through a gas removal air filter 11 without being removed thereby, and a photoacoustic gas monitor 15 that measures concentrations of the test gas 23 and the tracer gas 29 included in sample air. The system 10A executes gas supply means for supplying predetermined amounts of the test gas 23 and the tracer gas 29 at the same time from an entrance side of the air filter 11 to the air filter 11, and measures concentrations of the test gas 23 and the tracer gas 29 included in the sample air which have flowed out from an outlet of the air filter 11 therethrough by utilizing the gas monitor 15.
