摘要

PURPOSE: A heat radiation sheet is provided to have excellent heat radiation property by including a metal layer and a heat radiation base material layer having different thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation base material layer(20) has thermal conductivity higher than a metal layer(10). The heat radiation base material layer comprises an organic material having thermal conductivity and a binder. The metal layer is selected from metallic foil and metal mesh. The thickness of the metal layer is 5μm to 200μm. The metal layer is elected in a group consisting of aluminum, gold, silver, copper, nickel, tin, zinc, tungsten, and iron. The metal layer and the heat radiation base material layer are bonded by an adhesive. The adhesive comprises thermal conductivity filler.
