PURPOSE: A width range reduction apparatus of inner liner storing wheel is provided to minimally maintain tension which received from a roller part and a storage reel stand, thereby reducing width range of the inner liner. CONSTITUTION: A width range reduction apparatus of inner liner storing wheel comprises a supply reel stand(1), inner liner materials(2), a liner storage reel stand(4), and a frame(5). The inner liner material is composed of an inner liner(2a) which is rolled in a supply reel part and a liner(2b). The inner liner materials are transferred through roll parts(3) and the inner liner(2b) is transferred towards a molder and the liner is transferred to the liner storage reel stand. In the frame, the supply reel stand, the roll part and the liner storage reel stand are installed. In both ends of the roll part, movable bracket equipped with a rack and linear guide groove are identically installed. A rack of the movable bracket is interlocked with a pinion gear which is installed in a perpendicular frame of the frame. The linear guide groove of the movable bracket is formed by inserting a linear guider of the perpendicular frame.
