摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal inspection system, a machining system, and a use method which are improved for reducing the number of steps of machining, transfer and an inspection and simultaneously improving the whole quality of components. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a thermal imaging, machining system (100) for components (130) of a machine. The thermal imaging, machining system (100) can include: a machining subsystem (120) with a machining device (300) for perforating one or more holes (140) to the components (130) of the machine; and a thermal inspection subsystem (110) positioned around the machining subsystem (120).
