<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control unit that can easily suppress dropped frames. <P>SOLUTION: A display control unit 1 retrieves pixel data from an A plane and a B plane in a frame buffer 6 in turn, converts the retrieved pixel data into image signals, and outputs a line displaying signal indicating the number of a line of a screen that is being displayed among the multiple lines of the screen in an image display device 11. On the other hand, among the pixel data stored in a memory field, the A plane or the B plane, in which the pixel data are being retrieved, the display control unit 1 replaces already-retrieved pixel data with new pixel data on a line of which number is smaller than the number indicated by the line displaying signal in turn. Thus, retrieving or overwriting pixel data can be performed in parallel in the A plane or the B plane, thus, the performance of data write for the pixel data can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
