<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for loading a reagent in a reagent treatment unit. <P>SOLUTION: A device includes a deck on which a plurality of positions are demarcated, each of the positions is visually marked by a separate icon of icons in a first set. Each of a plurality of trays can be detachably fixed to a selected position among the positions on the deck, and includes a separate icon of the icons in the first set for visually marking the selected part of the position. A reagent receptacle on each of the plurality of trays is visually marked by a separate icon of icons in a second set. A kit includes a plurality of vessels into which the selected reagent is stored. Each vessel is visually marked by a separate icon of the icons in the second set for visually marking the receptacle into which the reagent is poured.
