PURPOSE: A tension leg platform having fixed floating bodies fixed in tendons and a movable floating body is provided to fix in a fixed position without secession of structural base members, platforms, or facilities from right positions while floating on the sea. CONSTITUTION: A tension leg platform having fixed floating bodies fixed in tendons and a movable floating body comprises a structural base member(41). The structural base member supports a facility installing on the sea. Fixed floating bodies(42) are fixed in the structural base member and are fixed by tendons(2) of which one end is fixed in the seabed. A movable floating body(47) is fixed in the structural base member in one body, but is not fixed by the tendons.
