Protein and isoflavones are extracted with an extragent. Then an extragent containing protein and isoflavones is separated against insoluble plant materials by obtaining a protein extract. Its pH is adjusted to be almost equal to isoelectric point of protein for protein precipitation. An extract containing the deposited protein should be cooled to about 0-32 C, after that protein should be separated against an extract.
