<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ejection locking mechanism from being released by unintentional push of an eject button. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises an ejection locking mechanism 103 that may release a lock state of a lock lever 101 for holding, in a housed position, a movable body 12 movably provided to be placed in and out of a housing 11 through push of an eject button 102 for drawing out the movable body. The ejection locking mechanism includes a driving member 104 for moving the lock lever in a releasing direction through its movement in a first direction, and the driving member moves in the first direction after moving in a second direction once when the eject button is pushed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
