<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air processing device that is capable of purifying outside air, and at the same time capable of supplying the air into a room by cooling or humidifying it, concerning the outside air processing device for purifying the outside air which is taken into the room. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a body case with an inlet port for taking in the outside air and an outlet port for blowing the processed outside air into the room; and a dust collection means and a blower means, both of which are arranged at an air passage in the body case. The dust collection means has a charging unit and a dust collection unit, and further has a cleaning and evaporating means for cleaning the dust collection unit using water and also evaporating the water. By this arrangement, high efficiency of dust collection is maintained by cleaning the dust collection unit using the water to keep a clean condition, and the water is positively evaporated, which in turn cools or humidify the outside air.
