<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device capable of preventing reduction in use efficiency of a semiconductor memory. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device comprises: a nonvolatile semiconductor memory; a temporary storage buffer for temporarily storing write data that is to be written to the nonvolatile semiconductor memory; and an encoding processing part for dividing data to be encoded for error correction code into two or more pieces of divided data, performing error correction coding processing on the basis of the divided data stored in the temporary storage buffer, and writing the obtained error correction code as an intermediate code in the temporary storage buffer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
