FINANCIAL SERVICE METHOD AND FINANCIAL SERVER FOR SUPPORTING RECRUITMENT

PURPOSE: A financial service method for recruitment support and financial server are provided to enable financial institutions to promote brand values and social contribution by enabling small businesses to secure trainees and growth foundation. CONSTITUTION: Support installment saving accounts for each trainee name are opened(S40). A mother account of a business name interlocked with the support installment saving accounts is opened(S60). An overall support fund is transferred from the support fund dedicated account of a recruitment support foundation to the mother account(S90). Individual supporting fund is transferred from the mother account to one or more support installment saving account(S95). The mother account is established in order to keep account states until the close of all accounts.
