The present invention is a vehicle body forepart structure wherein: a pair of right and left front side members (11, 12) extending in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle are provided in the forepart of the vehicle body (1); the front ends (11a, 12a) of the respective front side members (11, 12) are connected by a forepart frame (13) extending in the vehicle-width direction; and a horn (19) is attached to the forepart frame (13). The horn (19) is arranged on the forepart frame (13) close to the front end (11a) of one of the two front side members (11, 12), and the horn (19) is attached at a position in the rear of the front end (11a) of the front side member (11) in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle.
