DEUTERATED ACID SALTS OF OSELTAMIVIR

Disclosed are the deuterated acid salts of oseltamivir, namely, ethyl (3R,4R,5S)-4-acetamido-5-amino-3-(1-ethylpropoxy)-1-cyclohexene-1-carboxylate, hydrates thereof and their preparation methods. More specifically, oseltamivir phosphate-d3, hydrates thereof and their preparation methods are disclosed. Also disclosed are the polymorph A of oseltamivir phosphate-d3, pharmaceutical compositions containing deuterated acid salts of oseltamivir and their uses in the manufacture of drugs for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases such as influenza.
