A coating is disclosed, comprising the reaction product of: an epoxy silane; and an oligomer comprising MFMEMS wherein MF comprises a fluorinated (meth)acrylate, ME comprises an epoxy(meth)acrylate, and MS comprises a silane(meth)acrylate. Phototools comprising a layer of the coating on a substrate can be made. A method of making a printed assembly such as a printed circuit board is also disclosed. |
