<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processor which reliably prevents view angle deviation and improves user friendliness and reduces the manufacturing cost of video display apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A video signal processor 101 includes a pixel information acquisition part 108 that acquires total number of horizontal input pixels and valid number of horizontal input pixels of a video represented by a digital video signal output from an A/D converting part 104; a PLL control part 109 that receives the total number of horizontal input pixels and the valid number of horizontal input pixels from the pixel information acquisition part 108 to calculate total number of horizontal output pixels necessary for acquiring predetermined valid number of horizontal output pixels based on the ratio of the valid number of horizontal input pixels in the total number of horizontal input pixels; and a PLL part 110 that generates a sampling clock used for A/D conversion by an A/D converting part 104 and scan conversion by a scan converting part 105 based on the total number of horizontal output pixels calculated by the PLL control part 109. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
