<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of an auxiliary hot water supply device due to high-temperature hot water from a storage type hot water supply device, in a hot water supply system with the auxiliary hot water supply device that reheats hot water supplied by the storage type hot water supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supply system 1 includes a storage type hot water supply device 2, an auxiliary hot water supply device 3 including a gas water heater that reheats the hot water supplied by the storage type hot water supply device 2, a bypass pipe 52 that provides hot water from the storage type hot water supply device 2 to a tap 4 bypassing the auxiliary hot water supply device 3, an auxiliary pipe 53 that provides hot water to the tap 4 by way of the auxiliary hot water supply device 3, and a changeover valve 6 that switches the pipes. The changeover valve 6 allows hot water from the storage type hot water supply device 2 to flow through the bypass pipe 52 when the hot water temperature is higher than a predetermined temperature, and selects the auxiliary hot water supply device 53 when the hot water temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature. As a result, hot water from the storage type hot water supply device 2 is supplied bypassing the auxiliary hot water supply device 3 when the hot water temperature of the auxiliary hot water supply device 3 is higher than the predetermined temperature, thereby preventing malfunction of the auxiliary hot water supply device 3 due to high temperature hot water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
